We are seeking a skilled and passionate Customer Service Associate to join our team at Empact Group Southern Africa. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cashiering duties: You will be responsible for handling cash transactions, processing payments, and managing our tills efficiently.
  • Restocking beverages and general supplies: You will ensure that our shelves are fully stocked with a variety of beverages and general supplies to meet the needs of our customers.
  • General food service duties: You will assist in preparing and serving food and beverages to our customers, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Requirements:

  • Matric is essential
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in the same role is essential
  • Experience in a food service operation would be an advantage
  • Ability to handle cash

  • Interpersonal and communication skills
