This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to begin a career in HR, offering hands-on experience with various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, training, and benefits administration.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment Support:Assist with job postings, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.Maintain applicant tracking system and help manage candidate communication.Prepare interview packets and assist with onboarding documentation for new hires.Employee Records Management:Maintain and update employee records Ensure that personnel files are kept accurate, up-to-date, and confidential.Assist in the preparation of reports on employee data as needed.Benefits Administration:Help with the enrollment process for new hires Track employee changes and update records accordingly.Payroll Assistance:Assist with collecting and verifying payroll data (timekeeping, overtime, deductions).Support HR in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll.Employee Engagement and Communication:Compliance and Documentation:Assist with ensuring that HR policies and procedures Support with the preparation of HR documentation for audits or regulatory inspections.Maintain an organized filing system for HR documents.General Administrative Support:Answer HR-related inquiries from employees and provide general HR support.Help with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.Assist HR team members with various ad-hoc projects as needed.
