Currently living in Winelands or willing to relocate

Responsibilities

Handle the processing of all product purchase invoices.

Manage and send out all spot sales invoices to clients.

Request statements to facilitate payment processing.

Verify that invoice details align with contract prices and terms.

Upload payments to the Payment Gateway along with necessary documentation.

Obtain or request daily silo movement reports from all Co-ops and forward them to Agents and internal teams for contract allocation.

Record all loads received as designated by Agents.

Duties

  • Follow up on both active and pending queries.
  • Track and address outstanding invoices for open contracts.
  • Ensure payments are made in accordance with contract terms.
  • Prevent interest charges by avoiding delays in payments.
  • Review open contracts to ensure they are executed only with corresponding invoices.
  • Ensure credit notes are approved by management and maintain correspondence records.
  • Verify compliance with statutory and company payment requirements.
  • Ensure timely delivery of invoices to clients and receipt of payments per contract terms.
  • Implement strategies to prevent payment delays.
  • Collaborate with the Execution Team for faster resolution of queries and invoice discrepancies.
  • Work with the Inventory Team to ensure paid stock is received and sold stock is transferred post-payment.
  • Confirm accurate processing of invoices and additional costs.
  • Provide updates during Operations Meetings regarding any open contracts.
  • Ensure silo deliveries are recorded promptly once allocated by agents.
  • Capture all intakes before the end of the month.
  • Maintain an Excel workbook for tracking Co-op silo intakes from agents.
