**Job Title**: Execution Manager (Supply Chain)

**Department**: General Operations

**Description**:
Performs a variety of support tasks in Operations and Execution including, but not limited to:
Management of Trade Execution, Logistics and Inventory Desks
Perform supporting functions to the Operations Manager

Essential Requirements

Minimum of 5 years working experience in a related role.
Tertiary qualification in a related field and/or BComm degree.
Operational Management with logistics background.
Strong admin and reporting skills.
Strong understanding of inventory management in an agricultural environment.
Strong operational assessment and reporting.
Strong in automation of systems, processes and operations.
Excellent communication skills (written, and verbal) in Afrikaans and English.
Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
Team player and able to work with mínimal supervision.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment with multi-tasking skills.
Creation and management of KPI’s for teams and performance appraisals in line with business strategy and goals.

Desirable Skills

Grains and oilseeds (maize, wheat, soyabeans, sunflower seed, oils and soya bean meal) background would be beneficial.
Exposure to ERP systems.

Function

Resource Planning support.
Management of teams - Trade Execution, Planning & Logistics and Stock & Inventory Control Desks.
Development of systems and implement SOP’s.
Management of Team leader capacity and development
Manage relationship with internal and external key stakeholders.
Monthly reporting and analysis.
Implement sufficient controls for all functions.
Manage and report DAP PNL (Delivered at place profit n loss).
Ensure overall contract management and deadlines.
Improve and report monthly Logistics PNL (Profit n loss).
Create and report sustainable long term transport rate matrix.
Ultimately responsible to manage and report monthly 3rd party stock reconciliations.
Manage and report monthly revenue cut-off.
Responsible to manage and facilitate annual audit process.
Ensure compliance to COFCO policies.
