- Tertiary qualification in a related field and/or BComm degree.

**Description**
- Perform a variety of support tasks in the Operations environment including, but not limited to:

- As per function list and agreed KPI’s.
- Management & facilitation of projects within the General Operations department.
- Perform supporting functions to the Operations Manager.
- Monitor and ensure all systems within operations perform correctly during the company's daily activities.

**Function**
- Enterprise Resource Planning support.
- Coordination and management of systems projects within the general operations space, including Stellenbosch, Standerton Oil Mill & Silo Bag Depot sites.
- Management and development of internal ERP systems and implementation of business processes.
- Ensure business buy-in by facilitating change management.
- Identify gaps and opportunities within the business and ensuring improvements are implemented.
- Continuous collaboration with all team leads.
- Manage relationship with internal and external key stakeholders.
- Monthly reporting and analysis.
- Implement sufficient controls for all functions.
- Management and reporting of monthly management dashboard.
- Responsible to manage and facilitate annual audit process.
- Responsible for the maintenance of process flows and learning materials records for the system/s for end user and super user support.
