**Essential Requirements (Please read this carefully)**
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in Agricultural Commodity trading
- Grains and oilseeds (maize, wheat, soya beans, sunflower seed, oils and soya bean meal) background.
- Tertiary qualification in a related field and/or BComm degree.
- Operational Management background in the agricultural commodity trading
- Demonstrated experience managing and leading teams of more than 10 people.
- Strong administration and reporting skills.
- Strong risk assessment and reporting skills.
- Strong in automation of systems, processes, and operations.
- Excellent communication skills (written, and verbal) in Afrikaans and English.
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
- Team player and able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment with the ability to effectively multi-task.
- Creation and management of KPI’s for teams and performance appraisals in line with business strategy and goals.

**Desirable Skills**
- Silo operations administration exposure.
- Experience with ERP systems.

**Description**:
Perform a variety of support tasks in Operations and Trade Execution including, but not limited to:

- Management of invoicing team, silo bag depot sites admin (remote sites), and contract desk (responsible for the daily position and PNL)
- Perform supporting functions to the Operations Manager

**Function**
- Resource Planning support
- Management of teams - Invoice, Depot admin and Contract Desk
- Development of systems and implement SOP’s
- Management of Team leader capacity and development
- Manage relationship with key stakeholders
- Monthly reporting and analysis
- Implement sufficient controls for all functions
- Management and reporting of monthly depot PNL
- Manage invoicing deadline in different for all invoice departments
- Ultimately responsible for position and risk management
- Manage Capex administration and reporting to group (Head Office)
- Responsible to manage and facilitate annual audit process
