A vibrant digital marketing company is looking for a Personal Assistant/Receptionist to join their growing team at their offices in Durbanville.

Duties & Responsibilities

Reception:

  • Welcome visitors to our office
  • Answering phone calls
  • Taking and delivering messages
  • Coffee/tea for guests

Stationery:

  • Buy from current suppliers and source for better prices
  • Give monthly report on stationery and packaging movements

Meetings:

  • Scheduling, send meeting invites for meetings and Manco's to attendees
  • Coordinate and take minutes of meeting and Manco's
  • Follow up of instructions given during Manco's and meetings. Report back to management
  • Make sure all outstanding actions have been seen to.

Operations:

  • Event administration
  • Any ad hoc company duties
  • Deal promptly with any correspondence and respect confidentiality
  • Asset management and insurance liaison
  • Debtors and administration
  • Merchandise management

Desired Experience & Qualification

Requirements:

  • Grade 1
  • MS Office computer literacy
  • 810 Years experience in the abovementioned duties
  • Presentable and conscientious
  • Fluent communication skills in English and Afrikaans (nonnegotiable)

Salary:
R10, R15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Durbanville,

Western Cape:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
