Running the entire 360 recruitment from placing ads, shortlisting, screening, interviewing and identifying skill sets and matching them with the correct Manager/Management style/team or matching them up with the correct department based on Skill sets.
Inclusive of the interviewing process:
The entirety of onboarding and performance management of staff- Offer letters
- Reference/criminal checks
- Contracts
- Policies
- Feedback sessions with training and managers to ensure staff are getting the support they need
- Guiding and advising manager of different ways of managing performance and guiding them on the processes and steps needed.
I am also responsible for the HR Function which I will need assistance with so am looking to expand the team to ensure recruitment needs are met across the business.
Duties/skills and responsibilities:
- This is an extremely fast paced business with over 50 vacancies open at any given time.
- Strong Multitasking skills are required for this role, with a mindset of achieving deadlines and making things happen at short notice.
- Every role in our business is a priority and therefore will need to be treated as such.
- You will be working on different job roles/job types at any given time so time management is essential.
- Taking initiative, thinking ahead and using common sense is vital for the successful person in this role.
- This role will involve working under pressure and to timelines set.
- Reporting back to me on challenges, open roles, filled roles, etc.
