Our national client seeks to appoint a suitably experienced Admin Assistant at their Bellville branch. Responsibilities include, general office admin, assisting with creditors and debtors, dealing with queries regarding invoices, updating HO spreadsheets with branch admin information, ordering of branch consumables, handling and reconciling petty cash, POD and GRV’s, assisting with quotes and internal sales support when required.

Must have a completed Grade 12 with at least 3+ years administrative expereince. A relevant tertiary qualification will be an advantage. Must have strong MS Excel skills and previous expereince of working on accounting software (Xact, Pastel, QuickBooks).
