OVERVIEW:

As a Projects Administrator, your main responsibility will be to provide administrative support to the Projects and Trucks teams. This will include various aspects of the end-to-end execution of the branding projects.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Booking in media for print, distribution and installation
  • Ensuring invoices are made out for each branding job and following up on payment.
  • Ensuring all supplier payments are submitted for approval and paid on time.
  • Monthly stocktake on all printed branding.
  • Keeping accurate records of all branding projects at all times.
  • Providing support on monthly reporting requirements.
  • Communication with internal and external parties on a regular basis regarding campaign status, queries and expectations

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • Matric/Grade 1
  • Marketing/Administration/Project Management qualification would be advantageous
  • Minimum of 2 years' administration and 2 years' customer service experience
  • MS Word, Excel (incl Google Sheets) and PowerPoint (Intermediate level)
