  • To professionally and effectively provide administrative support services to the office;
  • To coordinate an effective front of house and housekeeping operation;
  • To build and maintain relationship with suppliers;
  • To effectively coordinate the bookings and
  • To professionally and effectively respond to all written communication directed at the Party in general;
  • To ensure that the front of office is maintained in a clean and tidy manner;
  • To provide a front line image of the company by efficiently and effectively answering all incoming calls, dealing with queries and general administration;
  • Build and maintain internal and external relation;
  • To enhance, support and promote team work.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate thoughts and ideas
  • Organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and/ or projects at one time
  • Customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with providers, and team members from all departments
  • Analytical and interpretation skills including departmental, utilization, financial and operations abilities
  • Decisionmaking skills with the ability to investigate and weigh alternatives and select the course of action that provides the greatest benefit to the organisation
  • Creative thinking skills with the ability to ask the needed questions that lead to process and team improvements
  • Time management skills with the ability to prioritise and schedule daily activities for the most efficient use of time
  • Experience in Operations advantageous
  • Proficiency in more than one language
  • Computer literacy, particularly MS Office Suite
  • An ability to work effectively and energetically around a demanding work schedules
