Office Clerical Administrator

Job Duties/Responsibilities will include:
Diary management:
maintains Company's appointment schedules by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, etc.
Coordination and management of Company's diaries and communications ensuring high level organisational activities operate efficiently and effectively to support business priorities with internal and external stakeholders.
Provide general business assistance to the team.
Completing and submitting expense claims forms for payment as well as monthly credit card reconciliations, where required.
Central point of contact to manage and coordinate all travel requirements for the Bayport International Group Support team.
Present incoming invoices to the necessary Executive for approval, as per the Approval Matrix, and subsequent submission (and follow-up) to Finance for payment.
Work positively and constrictively with the Company team, senior management team and co-workers, to achieve business goals.
Maintain and initiate regular and professional communication with all relevant colleagues, senior managers and executives.
Be aware of, live and practice, Bayport's mission, vision and values.
Bachelor's degree or advanced diploma in relevant field of study (business administration)
Minimum 3 years experience supporting international executive travel.
Minimum 2 years experience in general office management.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with a strong attention to detail.
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
Advanced Adobe Pro skills.
Excellent typing skills (speed and accuracy are both essential)
