As an Administrative Assistant, you'll be responsible for supporting the business with a variety of administrative tasks.
You will perform some admin work on your own and may need to delegate some work in order to complete more important duties.
You should also have strong communication skills and good organisation skills as well as being a self-starter who's comfortable working independently.
**Requirements- Performs Human Resources (HR) administrative support duties with a focus on recruitment and strategic organizational planning.
- Manages the HRIS system by maintaining accurate data, updating payroll databases, and generating Resolves a variety of logístical and operational tasks.
- Provides support to employees by processing benefits, performance review forms, termination paperwork, and other essential functions in the areas of payroll, benefits, and human resources.
- Provides basic and advanced support to Human Resources offices, Information Technology teams and others.
- Contributes to the coordination and implementation of administrative procedures, processes, policies and procedures in the areas of HR.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in human resources and/or administrative support preferred.
- Previous experience in Human Resources preferred.
- Three years of experience in the Human Resources field with a strong background in employee relations, recruitment and benefits.
