We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Administrator to join our team.

The Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting various administrative functions within the company, contributing to the smooth operation of our office and the efficient delivery of our services.


Responsibilities:

Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a well-maintained and organized work environment.

Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Documentation: Assist in the preparation, distribution, and organization of recruitment-related documents, contracts, and other materials as needed.

Correspondence: Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents as required, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.

Event Coordination: Assist with the planning and coordination of events, conferences, and meetings, including venue booking, logistics, and materials preparation.

Financial Administration: Support financial administrative tasks, including processing invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements.

Team Support: Collaborate with team members to provide support for various projects and tasks, contributing to the overall success of the company.

Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities as needed in a dynamic work environment.

Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field is a plus.

Experience: Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.

Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.

Organization: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.

Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Technology: Familiarity with CRM systems and other office productivity tools is desirable.

Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Salary:
R7 000,00 - R8 000,00 per month

Education:
