MAIN JOB PURPOSE

The role of Strategic Relationship Support Support will be to

  • Actively support all administrative, communication, reporting, and coordination
activities of the Strategic Relationships department including specifically the
Manager and Consultant of Strategic Relationships.

  • Support the relationship between the Strategic Partners (SP) /Strategic clients and
the Strategic Relationship (SR) team.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • A qualification in Corporate Communication / Sales / Office Administration is
required.

  • An understanding of the Selling Process / experience is required.
  • Valid /appropriate driver's license
  • 3+ years' experience in Support / Administration/ Public Relations role or a
combination thereof preferably

  • 1+ year Account management
  • At least a year in a Training organisation/BBBEE advisory environment
  • At least 18 months in coordinating forums and managing associated company
specific communication.

  • Experience of producing accurate and reliable work in a busy, pressurized
environment

DUTIES The duties include the following:

  • Act as the central point of contact of the SR team.
  • Keep record of the development of the evolving relationships between the SPs and
the SR team.

  • Keep track of any outstanding issues, documents and matters of the SPs and
Strategic Clients (SC) of the Signa Group.

  • Continuously resource oneself and ensure uptodate knowledge on all the Signa
Group/Business Units solutions/offerings that may be offered to the SPs or SCs.

  • Build relationships throughout the Group with the Sales and Support
Departments.

  • Coordinate or assist in the population of proposals that maintains the integrity of
the solution offering and aligns to document standards.

  • Follow up and drive to completion the drafting of legal agreements and proposals as required by the team.
  • Maintain an ongoing familiarity of the relationships between the SP, client and the
delivery partner within Signa Group.

  • Timeously deliver and follow up on all agreements required from within the Signa
Group/Shared Services and proposals required from business units upon request
from Strategic Partners, Strategic Clients, and Relationship Custodians.

  • Work closely with stakeholders including, SR team, Signa Group Shared Services
units.

  • Monitor proposal content to ensure compliance to RFP requirements, evaluation
criteria, and technical requirements and alert the SR team for any amendments to
be made.

  • Update all proposals and maintain uptodate record keeping of the Signa's SPs
and SCs, updating leads into deals on Bitrix.

  • Ensure that the relevant folders on Google Drive are maintained with the latest
proposals, agreements and other documentation to ensure that the SR team is
able to allocate and utilize all necessary documents

Post-Submittal Activities:

  • Populate all SP, client and solution information on Bitrix.
  • Inform the team timeously of missing documentation or any errors that may have
occurred in the sales process and offer suggestions for improving efficiency or task
management. Content, Resource and Library management

  • Collaborate with system users for optimal access and use of content and resources
through well managed integrations and supporting Bitrix system interface.
Administration and Control

  • Manage the flow of documents ensuring outgoing documents align to approved
templates designs, Signa image and branding.

  • Ensure all documentation, resources and templates align to company/approved
formatting and Brand CI. Coordination and Information Management

  • Support the Coordination of efforts of various stakeholders for winning
collaborations vertically and horizontally in the organisation.

  • Manage contact information inclusive of internal and external stakeholder data.

  • Fully comply with workflows and procedures that will ensure the
accuracy/completeness/validity of all the Bids & Proposal processes.
