As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for the following

  • People management
  • Training and development of staff
  • Managing the performance of staff
  • Client engagement and liaison
  • Client and business development
  • Execution of complex audit engagements
  • Act as a reviewer in the Audit Quality Review process
  • Providing support to the partner and AD in the Energy and Natural Resources division
  • Process implementation

Requirements:

  • Qualified CA(SA) preference with first time board passes
  • Articles at a Big 4 Audit firm
  • Minimum of 6 years post article experience preferably in the Insurance sector
  • At least 2 years people management experience within a traditional audit environment
  • Understanding of quality and risk requirements
  • Excellent understanding of IFRS and GAAP (Local) with in the Insurance sector
  • Must not be longer than 2 years out of Audit
