As a Business Development Associate your role will be to identify relevant prospective contacts - source, nurture and grow new conversations with the key objective to secure new business meetings.- Prioritise leads to contact based on scoring and business priority and qualifying marketing leads.


  • Engage target prospects and deliver our value proposition, qualify requirements and pass on information to commercial and business development teams.
  • Work with other teams to develop contact strategies and effective messaging that drive responses.
  • Use sales/automation tools to automate key processes and track effectiveness
  • Generate new business meetings for our commercial and business development teams.
  • Learn and maintain a good understanding and knowledge of the MMR Family

Requirements:

  • Ideally 1 year of outbound business development and prospecting experience in B2B
  • Proven track record of working to and hitting targets
  • Highly motivated selfstarter
  • Growth mindset with a cando attitude
  • Process driven, team player
  • Confident video calling or telephone presence
  • Strong work ethic
  • Able to analyse results and use leanings to improve future results
