Actively create awareness about the brand in the KZN branch and create a network of clients and other related stakeholders.
Ensure feedback sessions are held with clients, ensure enrolment is aligned to the available resources, and ensure that the training process is managed efficiently and effectively.
Ensure that the host-companies comply with the SETA and other relevant bodies requirements for hosting of learners and where necessary, assist companies to comply with the "hosting" requirements.
Act as a 2IC to the General Manager and oversee the basic day to day functioning of the branch.Requirements:
At least three years experience in the technical training environment (not negotiable)Tertiary qualification in Sales and MarketingFamiliarity with the SETAs, NAMB and QCTO administrative requirementsAbility to work outside of the "normal working hours"
