We are seeking a dedicated and experienced After Hours Facilities Coordinator to join our Estate Management team in Bryanston.

The After Hours Facilities Coordinator will play a critical role in addressing maintenance-related queries and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities during evening hours.


Hours:

17h00 to 23h00 (Evenings)


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in a facilities management or maintenance coordination role is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of maintenance procedures and best practices.
  • Flexibility to work evening hours from 17h00 to 23h00.
  • Certification or training in facilities management or a related field is advantageous.
  • Experience working in a residential or commercial property management environment.
  • Familiarity with property management software and tools.

DUTIES:

  • Respond promptly to maintenancerelated queries and emergencies during evening hours.
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors to address any issues that arise after regular business hours.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, tenants, and stakeholders regarding facilityrelated concerns and updates.
  • Document all maintenance requests and resolutions accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Estate Management team.
