This is a cash management processes company based in Sandton where you will look after 2 offices and offer support to regional s from time to time.Your duties will insole office administration,Procurement and supplier management, maintenance,workplace security,workplace communication,event coordination,health and safety,building management.
Matric diploma and or degree in building /office management and a minimum of 2 years in a full facility management role Meticulous admin skills and excellent client service skills, own reliable transport excellent command of verbal and written English.Able to handle pressure and process driven plus excellent coaching and leadership skills and a motivated can do attitude essential. Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation, and technical knowledge of buildings also key.
