After Hours Facilities Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced After Hours Facilities Coordinator to join our Estate Management team in Bryanston. The After Hours Facilities Coordinator will play a critical role in addressing maintenance-related queries and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities during evening hours. **Hours: 17h00 to 23h00 (Evenings)**
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Previous experience in a facilities management or maintenance coordination role is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of maintenance procedures and best practices.
- Flexibility to work evening hours from 17h00 to 23h00.
- Certification or training in facilities management or a related field is advantageous.
- Experience working in a residential or commercial property management environment.
- Familiarity with property management software and tools.
DUTIES:
- Respond promptly to maintenance-related queries and emergencies during evening hours.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors to address any issues that arise after regular business hours.
- Communicate effectively with residents, tenants, and stakeholders regarding facility-related concerns and updates.
- Document all maintenance requests and resolutions accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Estate Management team.
