Timeous extension of time and or re-accreditation as prescribed by different accreditation bodies

Updating website to ensure all Facilitators/Assessors/Moderators information is correctly captured and linked to the company at all times.


All documents for audit purposes by any training body and or state department to be easily accessible at any point in time.


Ensure any training manual content is up to date and in line with minimum requirements as prescribed by official bodies.

Ensure students policies are in up to date and on soft copy at all times.

Coordinate any related requirements between different stakeholders.

Manage data in spreadsheets and reports for all Training specificallyKeep records of any documents (Policies, Procedures, templates, etc.)


File and maintain recordsEnsure all manuals for skill programme and Company specific is of high quality and available at all times.

Perform adhoc requirements as per ILS/ISS requirements

Qualifications and requirements

A grade 12 certificate

Knowledge about training bodies and state department processes and requirements.


Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, actively look for ways to help people, and adjust actions concerning others' actions.

Presentable and professional in working with any level of people.

Full time Monday to Friday and weekends in emergency circumstances
