**MARKETING COORDINATOR AND SALES ADMIN**
**Main functions**:
The Marketing Coordinator and Sales Admin is responsible for supporting the marketing and sales departments in executing marketing campaigns, coordinating sales activities, and managing administrative tasks. This role involves a combination of creative marketing work and detailed administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of marketing and sales efforts.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Marketing Coordination**:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Coordinate and manage marketing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Create and update marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and social media content.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to support marketing strategies.
- Manage and update the company’s website and social media profiles.
- Coordinate events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using various metrics and analytics tools.
- Maintain marketing databases and ensure accuracy of information.
**Sales Administration**:
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports and presentations.
- Process sales orders and ensure accurate and timely entry into the CRM system.
- Maintain and update customer records and sales data.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and agreements.
- Coordinate communication between the sales team and other departments.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of sales and marketing materials.
- Assist with the onboarding and training of new sales staff.
**Weekly Tasks**:
- Coordinate and attend weekly sales and marketing meetings, providing updates on ongoing projects.
- Prepare and distribute weekly sales and marketing reports to management.
- Monitor social media channels and engage with followers, responding to comments and messages.
- Process new sales orders and update the CRM system accordingly.
- Conduct market research and gather insights to support marketing campaigns.
- Assist with the preparation and execution of marketing events or promotions.**Monthly Tasks**:
- Compile and analyze monthly marketing and sales performance data, preparing detailed reports for management.
- Review and update marketing materials and sales collateral to ensure they are current and relevant.
- Coordinate the production and distribution of the monthly newsletter.
- Conduct a thorough review of the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
