The Opportunity:


We're in search of an experienced B2B Sales Representative with a hunter/closer mindset and a proven track record in navigating and closing longer sales cycles.

This role is perfect for those who thrive on the challenge of hunting and closing deals, with a compensation structure that heavily rewards successful deal closures.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out and engage with business clients to identify their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation and strategic prospecting (including cold calling and networking) to closing deals
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive B2B market, with a focus on both shorter/mediumvalue and highvalue contracts.
  • Efficiently negotiate and close deals, while skilfully handling complaints or objections.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive list/database of prospective clients; manage a sales pipeline using CRM software to track progress and sales administration.
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, demonstrating a consistent drive for results.
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to network, build contacts, and stay abreast of industry trends and developments.

These responsibilities are designed to encompass a comprehensive sales role, ensuring a proactive, strategic approach to sales within the B2B market.


Requirements:

  • Execute marketing strategies and plans that align with the brand's goals and values
  • Proven B2B sales experience with a successful track record in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics in a B2B environment.
  • A commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and remotely
  • Gautengbased, preferably Johannesburg
  • Own transport required / driver's licence
