ROLE


We are looking for a high-performing Marketing Associate to help plan, take strategic action and drive results for the marketing team.

As B2B Marketing Associate, you will be leading key initiatives, projects, and market strategies primarily for our B2B / Inbound Marketing Team.

The results you will be driving, will be focused on generating leads for our company i.e generating sales calls for our sales team with doctors and dentists.


The B2B Marketing Associate will support the aggressive growth of our B2B business by driving traffic, growth and customer leads acquisition from a variety of digital marketing channels/platforms.

Reporting to our Digital Marketing Manager in this role will be pivotal in driving growth of the brand through optimizing leads, digital marketing ROI and customer acquisition cost.

To be successful in this role, you should be highly creative, analytical, proactive, meet deadlines and communicate effectively

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of overall progressive experience in marketing or B2B online marketing/businesstobusiness roles preferred
  • Facebook ads, Google AdWords certification and LinkedIn PPC experience preferred
  • Demonstrated success in developing marketing strategies to drive leads and business growth
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing and lead acquisition channels with the ability to define high level strategy
  • Strong capacity to analyze web analytics, campaigns and website data
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, analytical, strategic thinking and problemsolving skills
  • Experience with CRM/ GoHighLevel lead management, marketing automation and reporting tools
  • Microsoft Excel analyze inbound leads, campaign performance, and contact lists
  • Knowledge of the foundational 4P's of marketing
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Experience with multimedia platforms, copywriting and quality control

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reporting to our B2B Marketing Manager in this role will be pivotal in driving growth of the brand through optimizing leads, digital marketing ROI and customer acquisition cost
  • Plan and manage the digital marketing roadmap and media plan with a multimonth view
  • Oversee crosschannel and integrated digital marketing campaigns endtoend from research and strategy, creative briefing, media buying and tracking, execution, optimization, and postlaunch review
  • Development of ad copy and imagery based on best practices and brand guidelines
  • Optimize inbound marketing to increase marketing qualified leads (MQLs), Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), while decreasing cost per lead (CPLs)
  • Proactively monitor and own digital marketing results against KPIs/goals/budgets
  • Develop and monitor Facebook PPC, LinkedIn PPC and Google AdWords that are growth focused
  • Assist with website initiatives, create landing pages for promotions and lead generation
  • Manage daytoday relationships with contracted agencies and internal team to successfully deploy marketing campaigns
  • Building multitouch campaigns from idea stage through execution and implementation
  • Developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies
  • Work with marketing team to build channel budget forecasts and effectively manage channel performance
  • Support the advertising team in quality control, digital design creation (concepts) and ensuring the marketing mix fits the avatar(s) of clients
  • Approval of social media for agency and clients
  • Review analytics, data and conversion rate optimization using robust tools provided by the agency
  • Other duties as assigned

RESULTS

  • Optimize inbound marketing to increase marketing qualified leads (MQLs), Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), while decreasing cost per lead (CPLs)

Compensation:

  • Compensation for this role will be dependent on experience
  • Compensation will be provided on a monthly basis
