B2B & B2C Sales Executive
We are a leading digital solutions provider on a mission to revolutionize the way businesses manage their online presence through cutting-edge Website Design, Software Development, and Marketing Services.
Position Summary:
As a B2B & B2C Sales Executive, your primary focus will be to generate new business by prospecting, conducting targeted company research, performing need-find analyses, and crafting bespoke solutions for clients.
This role is a highly targeted, sales-driven position offering great earning potential—the more new business you generate, the more you benefit.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify B2B & B2C potential clients who would benefit from our digital solutions, including Website Design, Software Development, and Marketing Services.
- Conduct comprehensive research on companies before initiating contact.
- Perform needfind analyses to determine client requirements and craft tailored solutions.
- Utilize coldcalling techniques to generate new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams for smooth project handover and client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Management, Marketing, BCom, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency or in selling solutionbased services.
- Proven track record in sales and client acquisition.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must have a clear understanding of the digital solutions world, including the lingo.
- Previous B2B and B2C website sales experience would be advantageous.
- Wellversed in coldcalling and lead generation techniques.
- Must have own car and laptop.
- Must present a positive and respectful demeanor.
- Personal attributes should include punctuality, respect, being welldressed and wellpresented.
- Efficient time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
- Techsavvy with efficient computer skills.
- Selfmotivated, targetdriven, and resultsoriented mindset.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude.
Employee Benefits:
Monthly Compensation:
R15,000 basic + incentivized commission structure.
Salary:
From R15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
