  • Project management of all events and projects emanating out of head office
  • Prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through timeously.
  • Develop and maintain the annual projects calendar by identifying and documenting all the events
  • Develop and maintain project plans per project
  • Manage the implementation of the project plan by o Supporting the appointing, contracting and managing service providers o engaging and managing internal role players o providing feedback to sponsors as required within budget, deadlines and according to specification as required o tracking progress made on each project as well as next steps required
