Role: Executive Personal Assistant to CEO. The role includes managing Corporate Social Responsibility.
Location: Johannesburg South Africa ( Hybrid office / remote)
Company: Prestigious international cosmetic brand.

**Requirements for the role**:

- At Least 5 years PA experience, of which at least two years working with staff at director/executive level.
- Relevant qualification
- Excellent working knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office products, particular on Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Outstanding communication skills written and verbal.
- Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
- Highly deadline driven.

**Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- International & domestic travel arrangements for the Executive Team including accommodation.
- Manage all International visitors' to SA travel arrangements, diaries & accommodation including venue hire, restaurant bookings etc.
- Research and analyse business data / information in order to compile documents for review and presentation
- Compilation of monthly business reports for presentation to head office.
- Diary management, organising meetings and booking onsite an offsite venues.
- Reconciling and approving all company credit cards for CEO and Exco.
- Reconciling of retail Beauty consultant invoices and ensure inline with agreements.
- Event planning such as conferences, office events, international visitor events.
- Composing and posting articles on internal staff communication.

**Corporate Social Responsibility Management**:

- Manage the collection of information from various departments pertaining to CSR and upload onto the global system.
- Take part in CSR meetings
- Inform new employees of CSR during induction
- Prepare the CSR Strategy for 12 months ahead
- Arrange CSR events such as: Wellness Days, Mandela Day, Heritage Day etc.
