Yuppiechef is seeking a highly organized and proactive
Facilities and Office Co-ordinator to join our dynamic team.

What your role looks like


As a Facilities and Office Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office space and facilities.

We're seeking an organized and proactive individual who can maintain a high level of attention to detail while managing multiple tasks.

You'll be the go-to person for office-related inquiries and support, creating an environment where our team can thrive and deliver exceptional service to our customers.


Who you are
You have at least 1 year of experience as a Facilities Co-ordinator/Assistant within a similar environment. Your proficiency in IT, particularly working in a Google-based environment, is essential. You have strong time-management and organizational skills and you don't shy away from handling multiple responsibilities and prioritizing tasks.

You have spent time honing your communication and interpersonal skills and you are very comfortable collaborating with the rest of the business to reach your goals.

Having knowledge of health and safety regulations would be considered a plus.

What you will be responsible for

  • Manage daytoday office operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and inspiring workspace.
  • Coordinate office supplies and equipment for the team's optimal performance.
  • Address facilityrelated inquiries and promptly resolve issues, such as coordinating furniture allocation for new joiners.
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance office processes and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of facility expenses and invoices.
  • Implement and enforce security protocols for a safe working environment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Schedule regular equipment maintenance, including security cameras and alarms.
  • Handle parking allocation for employees at the head office.
  • Manage access cards for employees and liaise with the AA for activation.
  • Respond to urgent maintenance calls.
  • Plan and prepare for building evacuations during emergencies.
