Cape Town


In this role, you'll be the go-to person responsible for SHEQ compliance for an awesome team of around 200 employees.

So, if you thrive on making sure everyone stays safe and sound, this is the opportunity for you

We're looking for someone with - 5 years of experience in the Health & Safety department of an

FMCG or Manufacturing enterprise. And hey, if you got your start in Construction, that's a bonus point in our book

You should also have a solid background in IOD management and workman's compensation matters, quality inspections, and internal audits. Plus, it's essential to be a certified First Aider (valid certification, please) and have a knack for PPE procurement. Being proficient with MS Office is a must, while familiarity with Syspro will earn you extra points.

To join the safety dream team, you'll need a Matric qualification, along with a SAMTRAC or similar certification.

We want someone confident and with a strong personality. Attention to detail is a must, and excellent communication skills are key. You should also be a pro at training staff on all things related to health and safety. Flexibility is crucial because, let's face it, no two days are ever the same in this exciting role
