"_MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
***- Handle any agent bookings, liaising with Sales, Reservations and the properties, to ensure a successful site inspection, including any special requests and activities.
- Coordinate sales trips, from flights to visas, accommodation, event entry, documentation, gifting, meeting requests, confirmations, etc.
- Assist the team with any presentations or documentation needed for quoting, campaigns, promotions, client visits, etc.
- Pull reviews from Trip Advisor, Dineplan and other online sources weekly and disseminate to management.
- Keep up to date with services offered within The Royal Portfolio's properties.
- Continuously undertake market research on the industry.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and clients effectively.
- Manage head office main switchboard line.
- At least 2 years' experience in a Reservations or Front Office role in a luxury hotel or lodge environment or head office
- Previous experience in OPERA (Property Management System) essential
- Exceptional written and verbal communication in English
- Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- A good understanding of luxury brands
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Positive attitude and highly responsive
- Team player
