Responsibilities:

Operational Training:

  • Work closely with all IT departments in South Africa and

Business Enabler:
Training to coordinate and consolidate training requirements monthly.

  • Manage ongoing request and approval process and provide budget reports to Management monthly.
  • Updating training management sheet and relevant folders with required documentation.
  • Onsite room bookings for training at the relevant site
  • Engage and communicate with chosen suppliers for quotations per training request in each training cycle.
  • Ensure that statutory training requirements are met monthly.
  • Amend and revise quotations as necessary, to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment.
  • Maintain detailed training records for the purposes of ISO 9001:2015 compliance.
  • Create yearly training report and presentations.
  • Ensure visibility of all training scheduled.
  • Liaise closely with the Onboarding team to fulfil and support onboarding training requirements timeously.
  • Updating the Training Management confluence page when required for any relevant changes and updates.
  • Tender process support as and when required.

Operational Recruitment:

  • Provide an endtoend service and support for the flexible resource needs (contractors/consultants etc.) of hiring managers.
  • Support business with all SAP and nonSAP job requirements such as Web Developers and Designers/ JAVA and JavaScript Architects/Azure and UI5 Developers etc.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to ensure understanding of their resource needs as well as to assist with ensuring that the correct processes are followed.
  • Reporting on job activities and statistics (and preparing presentations if required)
  • Assist with interview set up and process and provide guidance for the managers and their teams.
  • Any admin task related to the recruitment process.

Operational Governance:

  • Support business with all compliancerelated training requirements, administration, and reporting
  • Assist with governance and compliance projects, tasks, and administration.
  • Assist with the organisation and administration of university collaborations and young talent programmes.
  • Assist the Occupational Health and Safety Committee with training requirements and administration.
