Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

  • Identify and source new tenders daily on various tender sourcing platforms.
  • Tender database registration completion (Municipal and private clients)
  • Update database of new clients and targeted projects.
  • Liaising with supply chain personnel with regards to tender queries
  • Ensure professional client relationships.
  • Attend tender brief meetings.
  • Ensure timely liaison with clients.
  • Completion of tender returnable documentation.
  • Facilitate the administration of tenders, tender reviews and associated documentation.
  • Ensure that all company supporting documents are included in the tender document.
  • Ensure all tender compliance documents are in place.
  • Ensure all company documents/details are up to date ie. CIDB, CSD etc
  • Updating and compiling of supporting documents with regards to required documents for tenders. Ie. CVs
  • Arrange pretender meetings with the procurement, financial, HR, SHEQ and technical department. Publish tender results and contract awards.
  • Arrange and facilitate tender compliance handover meeting with various departments.
  • Delivering accurate tender progress reports
  • Maintain tender register
  • Provide accurate tender communication to management.
  • Ensure that strict tender deadlines are met.
  • Submission of tenders timeously
