Tender Administrator/coordinator

Client is seeking a remarkable Bid Co-ordinator who is highly organized, efficient, confident, possesses high attention to detail and accuracy with demonstrable high standards of achievement and the ability to work efficiently in teams and across different offices.
Highly skilled and creative in the design and bid compilation ensuring high quality, compliant and compelling submissions. An Expert at capitalizing on opportunities to improve compliance. Through submitting winning bids, and implementation of all necessary bid procedures, governance, and processes.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or relevant field
- At least 5 years bid coordination, grant submission or tendering experience, managing end to end bid | tender processes
- Proven technical knowledge to respond to RFP queries
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience of government tendering processes and (PFMA/PPPFA) regulations and the structuring of proposals for evaluation
- Demonstrable knowledge in the structuring of proposals for evaluation
- A proven track record of successfully planning and driving tender processes and submissions as well as operational excellence
- Prior business development experience is96 advantageous
- High proficiency with MS Office Excel and Word.
- Exposure in different industries, including medical.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 1 month
**Salary**: R90,00 - R95,00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
