    Job Purpose
  • Drive and ensure development / implementation and review of operational procedures within the staff assisted channel
    Responsibilities:
  • Work with the required teams to develop, prioritise, execute and optimise channel performance in terms of processes and systems
  • Oversee reporting / planning and implementation of:
  • Service Standards
  • Retentions
  • Customer Experience
  • Customer Journeys
  • Enablement priorities with stakeholders within business and the rest of the bank
  • Guide and partner with CX to deliver best in class customer experience
  • Measure client satisfaction, improve service, gathering feedback from clients and other stakeholders and taking corrective actions based on feedback received.
  • Contract management assistance of off license providers
  • Adherence to the way of work for onboarding of new intermediary partners
  • Ensure all advisors have completed the required product accreditation
  • Support on management and administration of supplier contracts in accordance with the NI contract management and vendor matrix process (intermediary agreement, outsourced agreements, binder agreements and referral agreements)
  • Support efficiency and effectiveness in the business and the team
  • PI Planning for system enhancements
  • Change Management of new initiatives landing in the channel
  • Sales drives / campaigns
  • Assist in compiling and logging of change request for channel
  • Support performance and compliance to all sales processes and procedures
  • Identify performance gaps per channel and suggest ways to close these gaps
  • Contribute to requirements analysis and report finding with proposed solutions
  • Process design, development, and implementation
  • Assistance with systems upgrade design and specification drafts
  • Websure / Insurer Collect
  • Managing of Broker Codes and Marketing Structure
  • Management information:
  • Responsible for coordination and delivering of monthly performance packs.
  • Review and interpret insurance management information
  • To drive and or assist in Insurance projects when required
  • Adhoc committee
  • Driving fixed within the channel
  • Ensuring necessary training and communication is done internally
  • Stakeholder team is aware
