To assist in managing and enabling solutions on digital channels and platforms, managing projects, initiatives and requests that seek to enable the efficient operating of Nedbank Insurance's digital channels and products sold on digital platforms to support the business's strategic and commercial objectives.


Responsibilities:

  • Work with the digital technical teams to develop, prioritise, execute and optimise digital channels and platforms
  • Determine and agree digital enablement priorities with stakeholders within business and the rest of the bank
  • Serve as a liaison between digital commercialisation team, BITE (technology and Strategic Project Office)
  • Responsible for overseeing the execution and outcome of digital initiatives and projects
  • Contribute to requirements analysis and report finding with proposed solutions
  • Assist in compiling and logging of change request for digital channels
  • Guide and partner with CX to deliver best in class customer experience
  • Provide support during deployment and expansion of digital solutions and channels
  • Manage together with BITE the delivery of insurance solution across the various digital platforms
  • Measure client satisfaction, improve service, gathering feedback from clients and other stakeholders and taking corrective actions based on feedback received.
  • Build relationships with all relevant stakeholders, digital technical teams across the group and the bank's digital partners.

  • Ensure that latest product versions are available across all channels simultaneously
  • Contribute to a culture of transformation by participating in Nedbank culture building initiatives, business strategy, and CSI.
  • Participate in the development and implement action plans to address issues raised in culture surveys to improve results.
  • Create a client service culture. Achieve operational excellence.
  • Encourage team to generate innovative ideas and share knowledge.
  • Identify performance gaps per channel and suggest ways to close these gaps.
  • Stay abreast in field of expertise and deliver on the expectations from stakeholders by identifying current and future digital needs.
  • Ensure that all services delivered are compliant with both Group standards and national legislative requirements.
  • Support performance and compliance to all sales processes and procedures.
  • Ensure that all organization projects, processes and systems are delivered timeously.
  • Support efficiency and effectiveness in the business and the team.
  • Ensure compliance with all bank and regulatory requirements.


Essential Qualifications
  • NQF Level
  • Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
  • Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees


Preferred Qualification
  • Advanced Diplomas Certification or degree in project management/ sales
  • Essential Certifications
  • Certified Financial Planning Certificate.

  • Minimum Experience Level
  • Minimum 2 years in a sales and project management environment
