Capital Operations Administrator (JB4488)

Sandton, Johannesburg, Gauteng

R R15 000 per month CTC

A leading provider of automated cash management and payment solutions within the retail community is looking for an experienced and skilled capital operations administrator to join their team.

As the capital operations administrator, you will manage the FICA process and provide full administration support to the capital operations team.

Minimum Requirements:

Matric

2+ years' experience in a similar role

FICA administration experience advantageous

Administration qualification advantageous

Duties:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the operations team.

Interact with clients regarding credit applications, approvals, and payouts.

Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail.

Contribute to team goals by achieving related results as needed.

Collaborate with relevant departments to gather information and resolve client queries.

Manage client complaints and inquiries effectively.

Administer and manage the FICA process, including researching new clients, reviewing FICA requests, handling FICA-related workflows, responding to FICA queries, and maintaining FICA reports.
