  • Design and implement employee engagement programs and activities to boost morale and foster a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to organize events, workshops, and recognition programs.

Internal Communication:

  • Develop and maintain effective internal communication channels to keep employees informed about company news, policies, and updates.
  • Ensure communication materials are engaging, relevant, and aligned with organisational goals.

Employee Feedback and Surveys:

  • Design, administer, and analyse employee surveys to gather feedback and assess overall employee satisfaction.
  • Use insights to recommend improvements and implement action plans for enhancing employee experience.

Brand Advocacy:

Minimum Requirements:
