Develop and Implement Internal Marketing Strategies:

- Create and execute comprehensive internal marketing campaigns to promote company values, initiatives, and achievements.
- Support and help implement Mazars employee value propositions strategy (EVP), with supporting KPIs, to grow our employer brand.
- Provide content strategy support for communications plans.
- Develop messaging and ensure communications materials, including key messages, Q&As, fact sheets, and presentations, are kept up to date.
- Utilize various communication channels such as newsletters, intranet, and digital signage to ensure consistent messaging.

Employee Engagement Initiatives:

- Design and implement employee engagement programs and activities to boost morale and foster a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize events, workshops, and recognition programs.

Internal Communication:

- Develop and maintain effective internal communication channels to keep employees informed about company news, policies, and updates.
- Ensure communication materials are engaging, relevant, and aligned with organisational goals.

Employee Feedback and Surveys:

- Design, administer, and analyse employee surveys to gather feedback and assess overall employee satisfaction.
- Use insights to recommend improvements and implement action plans for enhancing employee experience.

Brand Advocacy:

- Encourage employees to become brand ambassadors by fostering a sense of pride and commitment to the company.
- With the support of the digital coordinator, provide training and resources to employees to effectively communicate the company's brand values.

Collaboration with HR and Business Leaders:

- Work closely with HR to align internal marketing and engagement strategies with HR initiatives and policies.
- Collaborate with business leaders to ensure that internal communication reflects the company's vision and goals.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in internal marketing, employee engagement, or related roles.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and innovation in developing engaging content and activities.
- Ability to analyze data and draw insights to enhance employee experience.
- Collaborative and team-oriented with a passion for creating a positive workplace culture.
