**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Create and oversee loyalty and client retention programmes.
- Develop plans to lower customer attrition and boost customer loyalty.
- Monitor client satisfaction and offer suggestions for ways to enhance the client experience.
- Examine trends and customer data to find areas that could use improvement.
- Work together with the sales and marketing departments to guarantee effective client retention.
- Create campaigns and activities for customer interaction that will increase consumer loyalty.
- Develop strategies for client segmentation to enhance the customer experience.
- Monitor indicators related to client retention and assess how well retention tactics are working.
- Oversee customer support groups to guarantee client contentment.
- Create incentives and customer loyalty programmes to keep customers.
- Oversee retention sales team and improve sales strategies.

**Skills and requirements**:

- Possess qualification/Diploma or equivalent in business, marketing, or a similar field
- 3-5 years proven retention manager record
- Experience in building team leaders and enhancing retention sales team abilities
- Experience in managing 20-40+ members
- Demonstrated expertise in loyalty and customer retention programmes
- Thorough understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Capable of creating innovative plans and strategies to boost customer retention
- Training and development skills
- Ability to work under pressure and extra/shift hours
- Reliable and trustworthy

**Salary**: R35 000,00 - R48 000,00 per month

Ability to Relocate:

- Century City, Western Cape: Relocate before starting work (required)
