As a B2B Control Manager, you would be responsible for the following:
- HSE: To effectively manage and minimize HSE risk within areas of responsibility by ensuring: Compliance with all HSE policies, rules, guidelines and legal requirements; promotion of safe working environment and positively contributing to the company HSE KPIs and risk reduction strategies; that HSE competency requirements are identified and enforced withing area of responsibility
- LTP/ Budget: In collaboration with business teams, support, plan and elaborate the Long-Term Plan and Budget with Strategy department and head office
- Evaluate and challenge the content of the departmental budget presentations and requests
- Validate and present the documents which synthesize the budget and will be used as a reference during the year
- Provide sensitivity analysis of changes in the economic and operational environment
- Reporting: analyze & report the monthly performance of the activity in line with the closing calendar for: FLASH, WCR, Investments, Fixed Costs, Mancom reports, Comperf, and Business Reviews
- Forecast and report the preliminary result of the activity, by studying deviations to the budget.
- Analyse & report the monthly performance of the activity in line with the closing calendar, by studying the deviations to budget and the preliminary result.
- Support the business support team with commentary on the evolution of WCR & Investments.
- Prepare the commentary for the activity and present to MANCOM at business reviews and COMPERF
- Prepare the monthly MANCOM KPI and commentary for each business segment level.
- Monitor customers profitability and provide explanations for variances in the monthly KPC report.
- Monitor & report the fixed costs of the activity & assist operational teams realize savings initiatives.
- Responsible to provide key figures related to the activity's financial performance as requested.
- Provide meaningful analysis and visibility on business performance to stakeholders to assist decision making.
- Support the commercial teams by analysing new and existing customer proposals.
- Monitor on a daily and weekly basis the postings related to the activity to ensure consistent treatment and proactive error correction and maintain the alignment between PCA and COPA within acceptable threshold
- Optimization of IT systems: Participate in the evolution of information systems

As a B2B Control Manager, you would possess the following:
- Bcom degree; plus 7 to 10 years related business experience; knowledge of industry will be preferable
- Advanced working knowledge of the SAP system and good skills in following: Excel, Power point, and Power BI
- Key competencies include good interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, analytical ability and attention to detail
- English is the working language
