Wir suchen nach einem erfahrenen B2B Marketing Manager (m/w/d), der unsere Marketingstrategie vorantreibt. Du baust die Abteilung Demand Generation auf und bist dafür verantwortlich, die Pipeline der Sales-Abteilung zu füllen und das Wachstum des Unternehmens durch die Erstellung und Umsetzung von Kampagnen zu steigern. Zusätzlich wirst Du unseren B2B Community Building Service vorantreiben, bei dem wir für Unternehmensberatungen wie BearingPoint, diconium strategy oder Aleri eine Community um deren Zielkunden herum aufbauen.

Dein Gehalt bewegt sich, je nach Erfahrung und Standort, zwischen R60.000 und R90.000 pro Monat.

SAWOO ist ein junges, 15-köpfiges Unternehmen aus München, das üblicherweise remote arbeitet. Wir bauen Communities für Unternehmensberatungen rund um deren Zielkunden. Unsere Werkzeuge sind hierbei LinkedIn, Podcasts, Meetups und Konferenzen.

Aufgaben

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von effektiven und nachhaltigen Online
- und Offline Demand Generation Strategien, die die Nachfrage und das Wachstum von SAWOO fördern und unser B2B Community Building Produkt auf das nächste Level heben
- Identifizierung von Zielgruppen und Entwicklung von Maßnahmen entlang des Marketing-Funnels, die sich positiv auf die Sales Pipeline auswirken
- Planung und Implementierung von Marketingkampagnen auf diversen Kanälen (E-Mail, Social Media, Online
- und Offline-Events, SEM) mit Unterstützung eines Teams von Content Creatoren und Copywritern
- Auswertung von Daten und relevanten KPIs, um den Erfolg von Kampagnen sowie deren Auswirkung auf die Pipeline und Umsätze zu messen und Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten zu identifizieren
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem CEO, um sicherzustellen, dass die Marketingkampagnen und Strategien im Sinne der Unternehmensziele ausgerichtet sind
- Führung und Motivation eines Teams (SAWOO Copywriter und Content Creator, auf die Du mit zugreifst und Freelancern, die Du nach Bedarf selbst suchen und nutzen darfst), um das Wachstum der Pipeline und des Unternehmens voranzutreiben

**Deine Ziele**:
Wir arbeiten mit OKRs bei SAWOO. Diese erarbeiten wir gemeinsam für Deinen Bereich. Ziele Deiner ersten 6 Monate bei uns, werden z. B. in folgende Richtung gehen:

- 2x Anzahl SQLs gewinnen innerhalb von 6 Monaten im Vergleich zum gleichen Zeitraum vor Einstellung
- 3x New Sales Pipeline (in €) generieren innerhalb von 6 Monaten im Vergleich zum gleichen Zeitraum vor Einstellung

Qualifikation

**Anforderungen**:

- Deutsch min. auf C1 Level und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift
- Bachelor oder Master-Abschluss in Marketing, Business oder einer ähnlichen Disziplin
- Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Leitung Marketing-Teams in B2B-Unternehmen
- Erfahrung in der Ausarbeitung und Umsetzung von Marketingstrategien und Kampagnen, die das Wachstum von B2B-Unternehmen fördern
- Umfassende Erfahrung in den Bereichen Online-Marketing, Marketing-Automatisierung, Content-Marketing, CRM sowie Marketing-Analytics
- Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Daten sowie starke Analysefähigkeiten, um datenbasierte Entscheidungen treffen zu können
- Fähigkeit, in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld zu arbeiten und komplexe Projekte zu managen
- Hervorragende Kommunikations
