Are you ready to start or grow your finance career in a dynamic, collaborative environment? We’re looking for a Sales Ledger Executive to support our London-based Finance Team with sales order processing, invoice management, and payment portal administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales and client queries via our ticketing system, collaborating with Sales Order Processing and Credit Control to resolve and close tickets.
  • Process invoices for online orders, reconcile payments, and support monthly closing.
  • Set up and maintain client payment portals, ensuring accurate and timely uploads.
  • Assist in managing vendor documents, credit balance refunds, and client statements.

Requirements

About You:

  • Strong communicator, with good organization and attention to detail.
  • Team player who can work independently and keep others updated on progress.
  • Excel skills, with experience in credit control or sales invoicing being a plus
