What you bring:

  • The ideal candidate for the Business Growth Director position brings a wealth of experience in marketing, sales, and new business development. With your postgraduate degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing/Brand Management or related field, you have spent at least 10-12 years honing your skills in these areas. Your exposure to both local and global retail environments has given you unique insights into customer service, relationship building, and strategic networking. Your negotiation skills are top-notch, and you have a deep understanding of new business development, financial acumen, and the tender/RFP process.
  • Postgraduate degree/NQF level 8 in Marketing/Brand Management or related field.
  • 10 - 12 years’ relevant experience in marketing, sales and/or new business development with at least 3 years’ experience as a senior resource.
  • Relevant exposure to local and global retail environment.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Relationship building skills.
