- Excellent leadership/management skills
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Clear criminal record
- Strong customer service skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our client base through the Internal sales operators, Sales reps and Merchandisers.
- He/she will represent the company in a professional.
- Conducting sales account reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services. With the use of the Internal sales operators, Sales reps and Merchandisers.
- Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients.
- Letting customers know about other products the company offers, promotions and new products.
- Setup meetings with Internal sales operators, Sales reps and Merchandisers to plan and execute ways to build relationships with existing accounts.
- Conduct weekly and monthly KPIs for Internal sales operators, Sales reps and Merchandisers.
- Working closely with other department Managers to improve quality, service and delivery to the clients.
- Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.
- Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.
- Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues.
- Passing leads to the sales team and following up on progress.
- Manage day to day work load and duties for Internal sales operators, Sales reps and Merchandisers.Compile weekly and monthly reports for management
