Job Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- **Key Account Management**: Manage a portfolio of high-value, strategic clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with senior stakeholders within client organizations to foster trust, loyalty, and repeat business.
- **Client Strategy**: Develop and implement account strategies to meet both the client’s needs and the company’s goals. Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell services/products.
- **Negotiations**: Lead negotiations for new contracts, renewals, and pricing discussions. Ensure terms are mutually beneficial and aligned with company objectives.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Ensure clients are satisfied with the company’s products/services. Resolve issues or complaints quickly and effectively to maintain a positive client experience.
- **Revenue Growth**: Develop strategies to increase account revenue by identifying and pursuing new opportunities within existing accounts. Track and report on revenue growth and key performance metrics.
- **Collaboration with Internal Teams**: Work closely with internal departments (e.g., sales, marketing, product development, customer service) to ensure the successful delivery of client expectations.
- **Reporting and Forecasting**: Prepare regular reports on account performance, including revenue, sales forecasts, and customer satisfaction. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- **Market Analysis**: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth and enhance the company’s competitive position.
- **Contract Management**: Oversee the renewal process of key accounts, ensuring that contracts are updated, accurate, and compliant with company policies.#### **Required Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or other advanced qualifications are a plus.
- **Experience**: At least 5-7 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably in [industry-specific sector, e.g., technology, retail, manufacturing, etc.].
- **Proven Track Record**: Demonstrated experience in managing key accounts and driving significant revenue growth.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools. Familiarity with account management software or tools is beneficial.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Strong understanding of the industry and market trends that affect client needs and business opportunities.#### **Desired Skills**:
