Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the electronic switchboard and ensure all calls are handled efficiently.
  • Receive and direct visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including filing, petty cash control, and stock management.
  • Process grocery and stationery orders, and manage daily email queries.
  • Handle installers' invoices, quoting, and customer satisfaction reports.
  • Supervise staff regarding leave, attendance, and performance.
  • Ensure all equipment is serviced, and the First Aid Kit is up to date.
  • Manage meter readings, standby rosters, and courier services.
Requirements
  • Matric qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Reception or related position.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Proactive and independent.
  • Fluent in English.
