About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist to join our team at BCFMIKZN. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing our front desk, and supporting our administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing a warm and welcoming experience for clients and visitors
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Coordinating meetings and appointments
- Performing administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records
- Utilizing MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Word
Requirements:
- Minimum Matric qualification
- Relevant experience advantageous
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and within deadlines
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Integrity and strong administrative abilities
