About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, including greeting clients and visitors, directing them to relevant areas of the office, and maintaining accurate records.

- Effectively manage client flow, ensuring timely and efficient handling of their queries and requests.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Develop and implement effective administrative procedures to optimize office operations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to inquiries.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in administration.
To succeed in this role, you will need:

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
