Area Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Placement Point. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in your allocated area/region.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute annual sales strategies and plans for your allocated area/region, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Sales Execution: Identify and convert new hardware merchants to our business, while maintaining and growing existing relationships.
- Marketing and Promotion: Execute marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to support sales targets and brand awareness.
- People Management: Lead and manage external sales functions, including credit champions, to achieve sales performance targets.
- Stakeholder Management: Share performance reports, provide regular feedback, and maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders.
- Matric (Grade 12) qualification
- 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the hardware sector or financial services
- Tertiary qualification in Sales or relevant sales and relationship management experience
- Computer literacy in MS Office (Outlook, Excel)
